Pros
Only real pro is they let you use the company van on days off. Not all companies do.
Cons
I was headhunted from my previous job under promise of immediately starting management training. As soon as I started was the last i heard of that. 2 months in to working there, I was missing over half my paycheck. I assumed it was a genuine mistake so I reported the problem within 30 mins of getting my payslip, and before the transfer was sent. Was told then they'll sort it out ASAP. 6 weeks, and multiple calls later I still didn't receive any money, so I quit out of needing to buy food. When the money arrived, I was not only told I'm only entitled to half of what I was missing, they made every attempt at docking as much as they could on top of that. I was told by people in the company longer than myself that that was a reocurring problem, which i noticed also when I received no commission for my second month.
As well as that, management is clueless, don't care at all about their staff, manager was regularly calling people out in front of the group for poor performance. As a result morale was incredibly low on the team. On top of that, we were expexted to work unpaid on weekends if we didnt meet the weekly target.
Unless you love working unpaid and getting ridiculed by management at every opportunity, I suggest staying away at all costs.
