Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

Micromanagement. Text in morning to tell them you are at work zero trust. This is a sales job with little or no technical training which you need to provide adequate solutions. Team Leads are mimic management who bark orders and expect high volume of while not understanding each BDMs pipine or location. Help with connection issues non existent. Sell and move on. When it breaks its not our problem. Solutions should be better for a business not cost them money or cause downtime. Former Regional manager had a tag line "Treat customers as you would treat your family members." if I did that I would be very lonely. Sales lost by doing what team leads advise as "pressure customer for decision". No organic ability to let customer make informed decision. STAY AWAY

Pros

Your Managers and Directors at CPM want nothing more than for you to succeed in your role, and the support is endless. There are many different channels within CPM and we can all work together to find new ways to solve problems. CPM rewards their best performers each quarter and it’s lovely to see a company celebrate great work. There are great incentives given throughout the year to keep the blood flowing and get us all in the mood for selling. Fantastic pay packet, you are very well looked after with fuel and lunch allowance. A great team to work along with, who have all, or are all going through the same experience as you. Monday to Friday, 9-5, best work life balance I’ve ever had in a job.

Cons

Depending on your given area you may have a lot of driving to do but that fully depends on how big of an area you have and how much you enjoy driving.
