Pros
- Good level of coaching for inexperienced employees from more senior team members - Relative flexibility around style of working to optimise efficiency - Good communication in pretty flat hierarchy: interns and junior managers will get the chance to have lunch with founders, and/or present to them - Opportunities to take responsibility are given from an early stage - Growth is fast but seems to be being managed well - former McKinsey consultants seem to know what they're doing
Cons
- Sometimes the free fruit runs out - Could do with a better form of online internal communication such as Slack etc.
