Very straight forward process:
- 15 mins Call with HR
- 30 mins Call with 2 Business Development Managers
- Call with HR to collect feedback about the process
Really appreciated the fact that the process was fast and smooth.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at COMATCH (Lyon) in Apr 2021
Interview
- Envoi du CV et lettre de motivation
- Premier entretien avec future maître de stage : extrême bienveillance, échange
- Second entretien avec le ou la stagiaire précédant(e) pour avoir un retour sur sa propre expérience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at COMATCH (Berlin) in Apr 2021
Interview
I applied via email after seeing the job listing on linkedin for the role of International Business Development Associate. I received a response the same day asking for my availability for an interview. My first call was with HR and the conversation was good. I was a given a home test to do, which I sent in and then I was invited for an interview with the Senior Manager, this was a video interview and this went well too. Then I had another video interview with the Managing Director International and the Director Business Development. The conversation was great, however it became a little apparent that I was not 100% suitable for the role. I got a call from HR asking me if I would be interested in a different position instead and after she described the role, I did feel it was better suited to me. I had a final phone interview with the Director Consultant Relations and had to do another home-test. This test was rather long and I was given just one day to work on this since they said they were in a hurry to close the position. In the end I got a call from HR telling me that they went with an internal candidate. I asked for feedback on my home-test but I didn't get a response, which is understandable I guess. the whole process took nearly a month, but every person at Comatch that I spoke to was respectful and freindly, and even though I didn't get the role I feel like I learned a lot. Should I be looking for jobs again in the future, I will definitely apply here again.
