Pros
If you have good co-workers and management that all work as a team and don't create drama at the work place it can be a simple job. Time and a half for certain holidays, Christmas' bonuses every year, the amount going up the longer your employed.
Cons
Management above the Store managers, DM's, etc. don't understand how things actually work on a day to day basis unless they came up through the company. They make new rules and procedures that only hurt the day to day processes, and many look down on their employees. This job doesn't pay enough for the risk or duties needed and because of that they have a high turn over rate.
