      I think they are 5th out of the top 5 banks in Canada so they cannot go any lower.

      Cons

      Micromanaging at its worst. No work/life balance. Horrible work culture. Poor processes. Misguided Senior Management. Unrealistic targets. Too many changes that don't create any real value for clients or employees. Treating employees poorly.
