      Pros

      There are some great people still left at CH2M.

      Cons

      It is all about the bottom line. They do not take care of their people. If you are part of the old boy's club you can lie, cheat, steal and abuse people and the management of the company will do nothing. Lots of people don't get full pay checks if there isn't enough billable work. Benefits are dwindling. I worked with a manager who lied to our clients routinely. It was a very bad situation.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
