Pros
Had one phone interview followed by in person with 3 managers. After answering some typical questions (there do you see yourself in 5y., etc) had to solve some accounting problems (I was applying for a Staff Accountant position). Nothing complicated just how to book a payroll entry with some contributions. Interview was over within a hour.
Cons
The start to finish of the process took almost entire month. About a week between the first contact via email and then the interviews, followed by very detailed background check.
