Pros

Not as many as there once was.

Many more than Pros. Was hopeful when the CEO Jacque took over that the company would migrate back to the way it was run under Ralph Peterson as Jacque knows the historical culture from the days when the employees were its biggest asset and were a main focus. Unfortunately, she seems to be continuing the mindset of the previous CEO Lee as an outsider that had no regard (only lip service) for its employees. He was able to talk the talk but not walk the walk. Main focus was growing the company stock value at 10+ percent per year at all costs while lining his pockets with big $$$.

We’ve created a Manager of Projects role focused on the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects. The person will also serve as a developmental coach for Project Managers, as well as a project management specialist who engages directly with our clients to ensure that we’re meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. Pros

Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

Cons

I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
