Cons
-This is a top down organisation even though it's hard to convince leadership -Absolutely terrible at people management. Leadership beleives in flat organisation however they are not aware of what makes a flat orrganisation.Juniors are most of the time not hand hold to become better version of themselves. No you can do it, or try it harder mindset present for juniors to show themselves and digest a life long growth mindset. -Product management seems to have some power on surface however they are living day to day basis cause of the leaderships daily ideas of changing topic, thus they cannot schedule development fairly resulting in burnout, products disorgansation, longer development times. -Many craft mismanagement is present. Generally ideas are vague and gets overwritten as soon as possible if somebody wants to do other way without any real thought or consultation behind it. No theory crafting presented most of the time unless you are in a lucky team. - Directors are nice people however they can not agree on development plans, what needs to be done now and later, resulting in producers have a lot of problems that is even harder to solve. - A sense of urgency for not player facing products and featuress concealed behind of being agile and agile manifesto making developers life harder.
