Potentially, a great place. Just potentially. - Anonymous employee CD PROJEKT RED Employee Review

Pros

Casual atmosphere. Great campus & dog-friendly office with a good gym. Good benefits if you are a Polish resident/citizen.

Cons

HQ canteen is barely ok. Almost zero career development. Training is only for upper management; some departments don't have a budget to function. Nepotism. Several directors and upper management at the company are there because they are/were friends of board members or similar cases. Diversity & Inclusion strategy: literally hand-picking the handful of non-Polish people at HQ and asking them to pose for shooting/interviews to boost employer branding. Every plan is US-centric, with no real international vision or strategy. Directors don't get to train people, and seniors are promoted when they threaten to leave. Pay is ok, but this highly depends on the role/team. No salary transparency at all.
