Unethical, CACI is a national security risk - Background Investigator CACI International Employee Review

There is simply too much to list for what this company could do better. The company is a clear national security risk as a government contractor. Majority of employees in the background investigation field are discontent or outright disgruntled. Middle+ level management is extremely demanding and extremely detached from lower level employee’s sentiments. The company is extremely disorganized. Nobody knows whats going on and “guidance” changes every single week, which management takes advantage of reprimanding employees for failing to keep up with the new set of rules every week. Majority of people on my team have received at least one disciplinary action as a result of being unaware of policy changes that are randomly enforced. “Doing more work” is always valued over “doing the work correctly.” The company is a broken cog that keeps getting forcibly turned faster and faster even though sparks are flying out. Middle+ level management always seeks to cover themselves instead of their employees. If someone has to take the fall for lack of communication or for when something goes wrong, it will be the lowest level employee. Never management. Higher level management has directed my teammates multiple times to disregard guidance, and thrown them under the bus for it later on. Middle+ level management is plagued by pure laziness. They will never put in the effort to do their own due diligence when making decisions. If guidance is being disputed and one side is incorrect, it is a toss up between who middle+ level management will support which undermines the entire process. If you’re someone who is honest, ethical, and values doing the right thing, do NOT join this company because you will get eaten alive.
