      Pros

      Great work life balance. This would be a great place for mothers and students. Compensation is fair but not great. Tuition reimbursement is a plus. Opportunities for growth and career development is largely dependent on which business group you are in as they all operate like separate entities. Some groups offer higher raises than others.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great. For my particular business group, growth opportunities are not there. You can easily be pigeon holed into one position/role for years. There is no formal training program.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
