Cons
Favoritism, constant gossip, will not pay your worth, empty promises, and an HR staff that sits on their hands. They'll promise you a rent credit when you start, but then they'll back track and tell you after you've started that they only allow for 2 rent credits per property and those are full up. Should probably disclose that in the interview. HR leaked confidential documents to portfolio managers and then tried to cover it up when caught took 6 MONTHS to respond to complaints. Portfolio managers don't care about the properties, they just want the owner visits to go smoothly. Portfolio managers and property managers will purposefully hide important information from property owners, or when caught, will throw the other staff under the bus. Staffing is a revolving door. They only promote skinny and pretty girls. Sexism is serious here. The rampant discrimination is even more serious. I had a manager say she refused to hire men and that was just fine with them? I had another manager leave 3 hours early nearly every day.
