Thank you for sharing your review with us. We appreciate your feedback. We will continue to look explore new ways for in-person engagements in the office, similar to our recent connect and collaborate experience.
No evening, No Sunday's, 19 pto days, sick time, you get to learn and go to new events in Evanston. Some people are cool to work with. It’s easy to move up in the company. They celebrate your birthday
Cons
1) The disability insurance is utterly disappointing. They take forever to release your money. I almost lost my house and car. It was horrible! I had just had a car crash.
2) The other people likes to sniff each other’s butt. If you aren’t sucking up then you won’t be liked.
3) people are heavy on WEIRD! I have health issues that cause me to be in the bathroom that’s longer than normal. I was being WATCHED and TIMED! So watch out for that.
4) The system is out dated. You will get frustrated.
5) You have to pay for parking or walk from one branch to the other. It just depends on what branch you are at.
6) The pay is low. You can get more else where.
7) The 401k takes forever to get if you need it. It’s been two weeks since I requested my money. (Still waiting) You’re better off doing Fidelity.
8) I’ve witnessed management lie to clients about certain things.
9) management will talk about you behind your back and give you attitude.
10) no two teller’s at the same branch can go on Pto. At the other location, only one person can request pto. The system for this is crazy.
11) JUST DON’T LOOK HERE FOR GOD SAKE!
