- Benefits (401(K), PTO, ESPP) largely outpace industry peers. - WLB extremely good. - Clear line of sight into title progression. - Excellent leadership, especially within BSF. Very open to input and feedback from junior staff. Everyone is very approachable which fosters a strong group chemistry and culture. - Very hands-on responsibilities in BSF. Smaller deal teams allow for higher level of involvement in originations and PM. - Nice new office.

Cons

- Base compensation at bottom end of industry bell curve. Bonus program is decent, but all-in comp is still not great.
