      Pros

      There were some great people at Bupa Global. Made some good friends. In principle, the idea of working for a company that ploughed its profits back into the business is great....but it wasn't all as it seemed...

      Cons

      ....it was still an uncomfortably profit driven organisation, not the beneficent global health insurance I imagined.

      Pros

      Company was very generous with benefits and perks. Nice office location; a bit far south, but once you arrived, it was nice.

      Cons

      Changing leadership strategies have caused massive brain drain and offshoring.
