      Pros

      There are some genuinely great people who work at Bupa, unfortunately it is the whole management team that are going to drive this business into the ground.

      Cons

      This is a business that prides itself on living their values particularly the value of 'Caring' but that is not evident in Senior Management at all. I have never witnessed such disgusting and bullying behaviour right from the top. They have built a blame culture and created an awful environment where it's okay to treat people in a disgusting and disrespectful way.

      The purpose - it’s great going to work every day knowing you are looking after some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

      Cons

      Technology! They have not kept up to date with technology and are now having to try and play catch up.
