From the micro-managing and tedious tasks, the pay scale, and the lack of acknowledgment of success or ideas, this company along with its partners had hit its peak in the 90s/early 2000s and has been on a rapid decline for employees ever since. Find a company that appreciates your skills and talents. This airline and its partners won’t.
