It is important that both Sales and SDR talent truly understand what they are getting into before they accept a position with this company,
1. Culture: This is a "fear-driven" toxic culture. Senior leadership is very quick to shift blame when they are unable to close business. They are happy to throw others under the bus because this leadership does not take accountability for their failures. In short, they don't care about people.
2. Lack of Strategic Leadership: In 2021 and 2022 they went on a crazy hiring spree to increase the size of the sales org. Then in 2023 things did not go according to plan and they laid off the entire SDR team and half the sales team. Their aggressive expansion strategy was not well planned and executed. Because of this many people lost their jobs.
