We are particularly concerned to read your comments regarding bullying, discrimination and workplace culture. BrightHR takes allegations of this nature seriously, and we are committed to maintaining a professional working environment where employees are treated with dignity and respect. We take a strict zero tolerance stance to bullying and harassment at any level. Instances of such are acted upon in line with the processes outlined in our employee handbook.
We recognise that individual experiences can vary, and while we do not recognise the culture described in your review, we appreciate that this was your perception of your time with the business. Concerns relating to conduct, management practices or employee wellbeing can only be properly investigated when they are raised through the appropriate channels and supported with sufficient detail.
Throughout employment, employees are encouraged to raise concerns with their management team, senior leadership or director so that issues can be understood, reviewed and addressed where appropriate. We operate an open-door approach and want employees to feel able to speak up when something is not right. We sincerely hope that you felt able to do so.
