      Small friendly company Good level of support but not too much guidance which allowed for independence and initiative

      Cons

      Lots of people work from home so office was empty quite a few days a week

      small company and very friendly in every department.

      Cons

      limited resources, but the HQ is in the UK and they don't know how to market in the US.
