      Pros

      Some good staff perks. Modern offices in a good location. Pay is fair.

      Cons

      Brigade is definitely a unique company. They give the 'we are like one big family' speel but the environment can be really nasty there at times. If you are a problem solver and enjoy seeking out ways to improve the company then based on my experience I recommend you look elsewhere where it may be more appreciated as they are pretty set in their ways and change is slow.

      Toxic atmosphere in Engineering and higher up, with bad company culture, pretends to be a family company yet you feel outcast if you're not part of the 'team'
