Executive leadership has shown a complete lack of empathy and strategic vision lately. They put us through the motions of an engagement survey, ignored the real issues raised by staff, and used it as a smokescreen to force everyone back into the office. This comes on the heels of taking away unlimited PTO and gutting our insurance benefits. There is a palpable sense that employees are viewed as entirely disposable. You are just a metric on a spreadsheet to them.
