      remote management with great co workers, doesn't require a real estate license or CPM cert as they own and manage all commercial properties

      Cons

      travel high demands for lower salary not much room for company growth and act as a property manager for multiple properties

      It can be exciting when you start and most people are pretty nice. Healthcare is great.

      Cons

      Shoestring budget and nickel and diming every single thing, leadership has become very disconnected from the real world, zero loyalty, toxic work environment in office.
