Workplace Trauma - Anonymous employee Breck Employee Review

I’m honestly still very much traumatized from working here. They offer zero help claiming everyone is too busy to assist or train you. Then following this information they get upset when you make a mistake or something isn’t up to par with “their standards” which are not clear because they lack severe organizational skills. What traumatized me the most was the CEO blowing up my colleague and my phone after 11 p.m. on a weekday because she was stressed about now having information for a call at 4 am in the morning. For context, the call was about problems that had nothing to do with me and everything about the CEO that lacked understanding on how to use the software they hastily bought without knowing how to use any of it. It was chaotic. They do not respect your personal time. I told them many times I had an important appointment every week on the same day and time. Countless times this Was ignored and they would email and message and demand tasks during this one hour I asked to not be disturbed. I felt like I didn't matter and honestly, they made my self-esteem and depression worse. They literally claim in a comment posted here that if they don't push their employees they can't give their clients the best. I do not think clients would be happy knowing how the employees are treated for a product. You demean, disrespect and disregard people. It's disheartening as a women-owned company.
