I have been at Branch for over 18 months now and it's been an amazing journey so far. Few reasons that make Branch special compared to many Top FTSE companies I have worked for : 1. People are very friendly, supportive, humble and collaborative. Super high calibre and wanting to make a difference. 2. Leadership team is very down to earth, humble and people focussed. They genuinely care about people and listen as much as possible.Once I gave a suggestion (pretty big one) to the CEO and to my surprise it was implemented within a few weeks. 3. No Politics. Highly transparent. 4. We all believe in giving our best and making a positive difference to the work we do, to the company and to the people around us. 5. At Branch we move at rocket speed and while we do that we still do our best to maintain a reasonable work/life balance. Everybody here is on a mission and focussed on getting things done. 6. We have a strong culture of giving autonomy to people to deliver their best and to make an impact. Everybody here is open to pitch in with ideas to grow the business/make things better and these ideas are highly valued. 7. Lots of scope for people to acquire new skills, grow knowledge and take on more responsibilities.
Cons
Not that I can think of. That said, if you (1) want a standardized and unchanging set of responsibilities or (2) if you are satisfied with status quo or (3) if you are not well aligned with the values then this is not a place for you.
