Cons
1. All of the people working there are stupid and total idiots. Everytime you mail them regarding issues, Either they don't reply or they reply in just once sentence leaving you with more questions and confusions and when you reply back fr more information and clear clarification, they don't reply. 2. They can fire you at any time. I had friends who were getting more (2-3 each month) disciplinary action warnings. They asked him for retraining. I had only 1 such warning in 3 months. They fired me. That 1 warning I got where student wrote "Tutor was useless". Students are not mature enough. If they don't understand they will quickly cut the session and give you a bad rating. 3. Already long, cons are endless for this stupid company. Don't waste time here.
