Pros

Working on-site at Boundless is unlike any role I've had before. The mission here isn't a tagline; it shows up in the day-to-day. You're directly shaping the experience of families doing something genuinely brave, uprooting their lives to live, work, and learn in the world. That weight feels good.

Cons

I want to be honest because I think the right candidates will actually find this energizing. Boundless is a fast-growing startup, and that means the structures and processes you'd expect in a mature organization are still being built. If you need everything fully systematized, you'll feel some friction. Working across cohorts means no two months are the same, which demands strong organization and a genuine comfort with ambiguity. The families change, and the plan changes. Flexibility is necessary. The role is also deeply emotional, which is fulfilling but can be demanding.

Pros

Boundless Life offer an opportunity to teach in beautiful destinations around the world. Using an innovative and 21st century education model. The company is supportive and provides amazing training.

Cons

Most families transition each 3 months and this is almost like restarting the 'school year'

Pros

Lovely team mates at the Education Center.

Cons

No guidance on the role. Teachers were told to use iPads for the children to teach them math and English. Unsafe building. Was expected to work overtime without compensation.
