Pros
To be honest, I don't see any positive aspects of working in this company. The few positive factors that would matter a lot in a healthy company (such as work freedom and flexibility) are completely undermined by the toxic environment and the lack of consideration for employees' well-being. Many colleagues have left because they were simply exhausted.
Cons
Terrible company, very toxic. If you don't agree with their guidelines or try to express a differing opinion, you can be sure your path within the company won't be easy. Various attempts to fire you or pressure you into quitting. It feels more like a cult than a company.Unpaid overtime hours, and promises of extra pay that were never kept. The bosses are more interested in their own interests than those of the employees, which is normal in a company, but here, employees are truly treated like numbers and nothing more.
