Pros
Really good culture and you are able to have a good work life balance. A really good level of challenge in the work to keep it interesting at all times.
Cons
Perhaps a challenge of all very large organisations but things can tend to move slower and may be easier to hit blockers/dependencies more often. But this is a symptom of a huge company.
