10yHi thanks for your review, I am sorry that you feel the way you describe.
We are working hard to make Rentalcars.com a Great Place to Work.and we are working hard to listen to our colleagues, nearly 100 of your former colleagues have been involved in Focus groups at Sunlight House feeding into the way we want to work going forward.
We are also in the midst of the refurbishment which will give colleagues a proper canteen, with free breakfast, subsidised meals and a great environment with plenty of space. Plus we are looking at break times so I hope we are addressing many of your concerns.
If you had a particular problem with a member of management then I'm not sure if you raised it or not but if there was an issue we'd be happy to talk about it.
I thank you for recognising the potential we have to be a good place to work and can assure you that we are working hard to deliver against this potential. I am sorry that you have moved on from us, I hope that you have found a rewarding position and I'd like to wish you every success for the future.
