-Colleagues - Salary - Benefits - Office environment, Although working in a call center position, the atmosphere within the teams, and actual company it self, make you easily forget that you are in a call center. - WFH

Cons

- Very difficult to grow internally - Strict policies about requesting PTO - Although the reaching each KPI goal is hard to accomplish, as long as you keep on par or above peer average you are doing ok - Last minute communication about changes made I'm Guidelines
