Hi and thanks for your review and rating. From what you say, I assume you are based in our Barcelona office it's great to hear there is so much that you like about the business. At the moment our approach has been to offer good base salaries as opposed to lower salaries and a bonus. Having said that, this is an area that we keep constantly under review to make sure we are competitive in the markets where we have colleagues. So thanks for your suggestion it is much appreciated.
