9yHi thanks for your review and more importantly thanks for the % years plus that you spent with us, that really is appreciated. I'm not sure when you left us but we have been working hard on areas like scheduling / breaks / holidays etc. It's always a challenge in a Customer Service environment balancing individual needs and customer needs but I hope we are making progress in the right direct.
