      Pros

      There is freedom to coast and do what you like as an employee. No strict deadlines so far. The salary is one of the top in Netherlands.

      Cons

      Stuck with legacy codebase. No promotions. Company politics is a lot. Stocks and bonus can be better. It has not been reviewed for over 5 - 10 years.
