The health benefits are below average and so is the pay. Human Resources has little to no say in how the company is being run and most managers have little experience dealing with people and need more training. If you are not a super skilled worker, this job will be okay for you. If you are trying to master your career - you will get nothing but pushback. Just make sure you're a brown noser or a 'yes' man!
