Pros

Great group of people, allowed to be yourself, remote work, career development opportunities, virtual games, awesome leadership, small company where your work clearly impacts the success of the company.

Cons

Growing pains. During my time there the company made big moves in the right direction, but sometimes struggled to create defined processes or methods of communication to keep up with the changes.

Friendly environment Dedicated work space Flexible schedule Supportive of employees

Cons

Lots of start then stop. Promotions given to those who are friends with upper management. Slow to implement ideas. Employees are not fully trusted to do the jobs they were hired for. IT has all authority on what’s prioritized, allowing for a lot of necessary updates to fall through the cracks or just not be completed at all.
