Pros
Food is nice quality, so you feel good about recommending dishes to guests.
Cons
Too many issues. Servers have to act as a busser, which is annoying due to the wearing of that white coat. Many times the dish pit has no one working it, so servers will have to act as a dishwasher. When servers are cut they have about 1.5-2 hours for tables, side work, silverware, and glassware. Employees are constantly complaining and quitting.
