Pros

Supportive and helpful colleagues who make the work environment manageable. Good learning opportunities for freshers to build technical and communication skills. Exposure to different types of projects that can help in gaining initial career experience.

Cons

I have been working in this company for many years, and I want to share my honest experience. This company has made many wrong decisions in the past, and unfortunately, it has not learned from those mistakes. Every year the same salary issues keep happening again and again. Because of this, employees are not able to grow financially and many of them end up in financial debt. The decision-making power of the stakeholders is very poor. They believe that they are doing the right things ethically, but in reality, they do not realize how much harm they are causing to their employees. At least two hundred or more employees have suffered from financial problems and mental stress due to the bad decisions made by the management over the years. Now, after so many years, it looks like this has become the company’s strategy to manage cash flow, which is ethically wrong. Based on my experience, I strongly advise future employees to be very careful. Do not blindly believe what this company promises, because the history clearly shows that it does not value the financial well-being of its employees.
