Poor Management Envolvement - Complete Lack of Strategy ! - Manager Blue Canopy Employee Review

The position I was offered was not in line with the work I was promised. The Partners and Management are not empowered or engaged at all. The Reston Headquarters seems disconnected from those at the client site. The Leadership does not make the changes they say they will, they have no follow through !
