Co-workers are pleasant and helpful, willing to step in for someone who is sick or has a family issue. Immediate supervisor is understanding and willing to make adjustments to schedule as needed. Very few full time opportunities, even for those with advanced degrees. No benefits to speak of for part time. Lack of communication by upper management creates low morale amongst workers and feelings of unimportance. Not all workers are treated as being as valuable as others.
