Great co-workers and beautiful library.
Cons
Management lacks empathy and any real understanding of their employees. Write-ups for false reasons in order to keep fear in employees. High level of turn over. Who wants to work with such toxicity?

Pros
Co-workers are pleasant and helpful, willing to step in for someone who is sick or has a family issue. Immediate supervisor is understanding and willing to make adjustments to schedule as needed. Working with the public can be both challenging and entertaining. Having access to new materials. Discount at the cafe.
Cons
Very few full time opportunities, even for those with advanced degrees. No benefits to speak of for part time. Lack of communication by upper management creates low morale amongst workers and feelings of unimportance. Not all workers are treated as being as valuable as others. Having to work nights and weekends.
