Nil the only pros is to have a feeling that I have got a job but jt vanishes as soon as you complete a month
Cons
They don't provide salary. in my batch, there were many people who were not given salary, from BDE to manager everyone had to wait for months to get salary. at the end they left the job and joined another organisation. Moreover, too much work pressure, unethical people and attitude. here you neither earn nor learn. not a place to join
