vague and no proper explanation about the job, no proper system of pay structure. very indecisive and abnormal structure, they probably are not themselves sure about their methodology or way of selecting candidate.

There is no interview process as they just hire you and give you the work to meet the target and if you complete the task you will be hired and another task/target will be given to you otherwise you will be thrown out without any teachings or guidance.
