Pros
There's truly nothing positive I can say unfortunately. Perhaps the technology itself but that's me pushing it. Sad truth.
Cons
Where to be begin? Before you consider accepting a job at Blippar, here's a few things to ask yourself... 1. Do you have morals? 2. Do you want to work with management that you respect? 3. Do you have a life outside of work? 4. Do you have a dislike for schoolyard behaviour (gossip, bullying, secret circles) 5. Do you want to be treated with respect? If you've answered 'yes' to any of these questions - you're best to steer clear. If you've answered no then by all means go for it! I have never and will never work for a company as poor as Blippar. Middle management have no leadership skills whatsoever, the whole place is riddled with secret groups and employees have little to no direction. It's tragic. Free lunch once a week is not a reason to stay in this place (to the reviewer before me!). And the free toast and fruit is only given out to keep you from leaving the building. Leaving was the best decision I ever made.
