      Pros

      - Surrounded by incredibly smart and driven individuals - There are endless opportunities for growth - No two days are the same - Friendly and supportive senior management; they want to see all levels grow and succeed

      Cons

      None from me thus far. My only note would be that the culture of Blenheim Chalcot seems to be one driven by self-motivation and persistence. You are unlikely to be micro-managed or given guidance every step of the way. For me, that's a pro, but I could see it be overwhelming or frustrating for some.

      Pros

      The quality of the people you get to work with and the overall fun and dynamic culture means you get to accelerate your career and create and deliver meaningful projects at any stage of it.

      Cons

      Its not for the faint-hearted. Building start ups is hard. There is uncertainty and lots of change constantly. However we provide a ton of training to build resilience and enjoy the often hectic journey! Join if you love your work and want to accelerate your career and enjoy doing hard things.
