I interviewed at Blenheim Chalcot India for a Senior Software Engineer role. The process involved 4 rounds, each lasting 1–1.5 hours, including detailed DSA, technical and behavioral discussions. After investing significant time and effort, the rejection cited salary expectations — something that was not clarified early on. This could have been handled with more transparency at the start of the process.
It would be more efficient and respectful to candidates to clarify compensation bands before conducting multiple rounds of interviews. That said, the interviewers were professional, and the communication from the talent team was prompt and polite.
