Pros
We are encouraged to learn, take certification exams, and broaden our horizons. This is a highly supportive, tight-knit team. We have access to some of the best tools on the market to resolve issues. As a team, we continually evaluate our toolset and seek ways to improve. Management does NOT override the team; the team's needs are considered first. We have the freedom to grow and focus on the technical areas we want to improve. The pay matches your experience and skillset, growing as you do. Overall, this is truly a great place to work. If you want a job where you can slack off or do the bare minimum, this isn't the right place for you. However, if you want to expand your skillset and grow as an individual, I highly encourage you to apply.
Cons
We have to work hard You have to care about your work Cannot slack off
