The firm is active in many parts of the financial services industry, and there is the potential to work with many different product and client groups in multiple regions of the world.
Cons
Because the company was built through a series of acquisitions, the corporate culture varies quite a bit depending on where you work and what you do. As is probably similar with other large global organizations, a good amount of time must be spent dealing with internal issues.
